#1 What can I do with DICOM Sharp library?

I have an idea to develop a Hospital Information
System (HIS) using .NET. So I need to work with DICOM
images from different type of equipments. Could you
please tell me how can I use your DICOM Sharp project
and how it works, bcoz I have no idea what to do with
your DICOM Sharp library. And also tell me how should
I run your Test Client and Server in my local machine.
