Fixed a problem with internationalization. Now it is working with every decimal separator you have in your local settings.Thanx to Tony for his notice.Also if you press the dot it adds your's regional decimal separator for easier data input.

The help files revised, the exe file works now standalone without the need of the locals subdirectory, some errors due to wrong input fixed.
