When i press Ctrl+z, nothing happens. Dia have to made "undo". Language my windows os - russian.

I've just tried the Ctrl+Z keyboard shortcut in Dia on Windows 7 with German keyboard layout. It worked just fine.
Which Keyboard layout do you use? Which Windows version do you use?

Windows xp, russian and english, but in english ctrl + z dosn't work. Dosn't work and another short keys.

Strange. It will take at least until Friday for me to have access to an XP system - and that will be a German XP, not a Russian one.

I'm unable to reproduce your problem. But maybe that's because I don't have an Russian Windows XP availabl.e
