I have 2 gateways (one for broadband and another for wireless internet connection) on my network. Now I would like to assign both gateways as default gateway with DHCP on my clients.
If I'm right I can do this on Open DHCP ini file with inserting both gateway IPs on router entry, seperated by comma.
Well, my problem is, I have to asign a metric value to each gateway to define the first (primary) and the second (fall-back) gateway. I can set this manually on windows network settings but don't know how to make this on Open DHCP.
Kind regards,
Frank

Frank,
I saw this in the RFC, but haven't tested.......
The router option specifies a list of IP addresses for routers on the client's subnet. Routers SHOULD be listed in order of preference.
