Hi someone can change the dansguardian module for e2guardian ? |

* PGP Signed: 08/11/2011 at 11:55:45 AM I recently installed the DG webmin module on both i386 and x86_64 platforms of CentOS as in the title. The i386 looks great works fine. The x86_64 has a strange screen artifact. Each checkbox to the right of the entry fields have a "&lArr" in front of them. I looked for that string in all the .cgi, .pl and .js code for the module. I didn't find anything that would generate that. There is something similar in the viewfiltergroups.cgi, where it has a "&rArr" in the middle of a string. But I'm sure that is not related. If someone can point me in the correct module I'll be glad to take a look and see if I can hack something in. -F Frank Eargle II GCED Information Security Analyst SC Computer Incident Response Team The Division of State Information Technology (DSIT) 4430 Broad River Rd Columbia, SC 29210 803-896-1650 SC-ISAC Response Center 803-896-0711 Direct Line http://sc-isac.sc.gov * Eargle, Frank <fe...@ci...> * 0x9CCAB6E7:0xF59E2D90 |

It is available for download on the SourceForge project page: https://sourceforge.net/projects/dgwebminmodule/ NOTE: This version is only intended to work with DansGuardian 2.9 and higher! ChangeLog: 0.7.1 (01-18-2011): - Changed root user warning text slightly - Fixed bug #2914571 by darrikmazey - Fixed bug #2814496 (Errors about $debug declaration) - Fixed bug #2810044 (Fixed regexp issue with logs.cgi) Please report any and all bugs to the SourceForge Tracker. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hey folks, Have any of you tried 0.7.0alpha1? I know there was a bug with DG version checking. There is a simple fix (which is now in the SVN repo). Any feedback on this version? I will need some help updating help files and the language files. Any takers? It would also be nice to get a website going for this project if anyone is up for that =) - -- Adam "Fuzzy" Kennedy -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.8 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAkkZyP0ACgkQ7Gmvlg3j8fkuPwCeMKp7ct4bV5Ksl9vD5wW9N3PN 354AoJuedcRVGUXkjNgPt/RNmXGnweSg =884i -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- |

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Greetings everyone! After just over 3 years of stagnation the team is active again! We bring you module version 0.7.0alpha1. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read through the current/known bug list BEFORE you use this version! This is an ALPHA quality release and is NOT compatible with DansGuardian versions earlier than 2.9! I would like to thank those of you who have helped over the last 3 years with bug reports and patches to previous versions. I would also like to thank Richard Geoffrion for his assistance in motivating me to get this release out there. PLEASE read the bug list before installing the module. Some things are still broken. Again, this release is ALPHA quality software folks.... -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Sorry to spam your inboxes so much today, it has been a busy week for the module so far! One of the things I have decided to do is accept donations for the module. Currently donations come to my Paypal account. While I don't do this project simply as income it is nice to get rewarded for the hard work. Unfortunately I can't find any settings in SourceForge to equally split the donations among team members. Greetings Ben! I would like to start getting the module ready for DG 2.9. The releases seem to be going quite well with that branch, so we need to get rocking on the webmin module soon. CVS access is up still on SourceForge. If anyone is interested in helping with development please email me your SourceForge username. Are there any major changes that anyone would like to see happen with the module for it's next major release? So far the following have been brought to my attention: - DansGuardian 2.9 support - Search box for all list file types - Better filter group support - Check boxes for banned extensions - Better AV support Any others? Greetings, all. My name is Ben Miller, and I work on the technology staff a= t a small school district in Missouri. Our district moved to a Dansguardian/Squid solution over a year ago, and have been very happy with the results. We have made heavy use of the Webmin module for Dansguardian to make management more palatable to the less Linux-savvy on our staff. I am currently in the process of testing the 2.9 branch of Dansguardian. I would like to help with the development and/or testing of the Webmin module in an= y way that I can. I see that this has not been an active mailing list, but perhaps we can change that. Thank you for your time, and I hope that I can be of some assistance. Ben Miller -- 6 X 9 =3D 42 |

Just thought I would let you all know about the developer list. This is probably the easiest way for us to discuss development issues with the module. If you don't want on this list, please let me know and I will remove you. At one time or another, there were plans of implementing SQL support into the log analyzer. How is that coming along? If anyone has some free time, I keep getting requests from users to finish the Groups support. Anything you guys can think of that needs to go on the Todo list? Hope you are all doing well! - Adam "Fuzzy" Kennedy |
