#58 progress bar of page erasing

Hello!
After fixing ticket https://sourceforge.net/p/dfu-util/tickets/20/, the first stage (erasing the pages) of the download is not displayed in any way. If you need to erase many pages, it can take a long time and it looks as if something went wrong.

I suggest a small patch that displays a progress bar page of erasing process and then replaced with the progess bar of download.
