#13 Small toolbar icons

I'm missing two interface-related settings:
- Displaying small toolbar icons instead of the huge ones
- Hiding the toolbar caption text

Hi,
this problem isn't of the wxDownload Fast, but of the library. The wxWidgtes library don't permits
to change this options on the fly. When this become available I will add this option.
