Tasks can be created by any registered user. A task has a result which it will be verified against, or a set of results such as return value, executuion time etc. Execution time should be given concerning an average load on the machine (still uncolved issue). A task can also expect an LOC for the code which solves it.
Geeks can vote for tasks if they are:
- correct
- doable in 20 minutes
- …
The rank of the task owner gets better / worse depending on the votings.
