#47 about running scripts

one of the things that made dev-php my choice was that i didn't need a server to "see" my code running. looks like that feature is missing -or worse, deprecated-. i couldn't bring that back, so i'm downgrading to 1.9.4. i even started looking for alternatives, because i liked the sidebar feature (less than the missing one, though). also, i really miss the button to run a script... we shoud be able to add any button to the toolbars.
