We actually leave that to your preference, I personally use the /data dir.

Somebody accidently checked in the binary file, I removed it from the
CVS repository.

Our build script takes care of that and actually creates a symlink into
the kernel source tree.

Please retry with the correct lfssystem.

The jail support is partly broken in CVS, I actually planned to fix this
today. This problem comes because we moved everything to CD.
