All URLs and other useful information can be found at http://freshmeat.net/projects/distcc/ The changes in this release are as follows: A new "masquerade" mode allows easier integration with existing Makefiles. The client now uses less CPU time per job. A number of small bugs and portability issues have been fixed. Project description: distcc is a program that distributes compilation of C code across several machines on a network, resulting in speed increases of 1.5 to 10 times. It does not require machines to share a filesystem, have the same libraries or header files, or superuser privileges. If you would like to cancel subscription to releases of this project, login to freshmeat.net and choose 'home' from the personal menubar at the top of the page. You'll be presented with a list of projects you're subscribed to in the right column, which you may cancel by highlighting the project in question and clicking the 'delete' button.
