Summary: jail script suppport for syslogd

Initial Comment:
jail script has currently no support for other syslog
daemons
since at least syslog-sql will be also added, it's best to
modify the syslog script with paramters like "addfifo"
and "delfifo"
also support for "delfifo all" needs to be added.
