This email is to inform you of release '1.11a32' of 'cdrecord' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful information can be found at http://freshmeat.net/projects/cdrecord/ The changes in this release are as follows: This release displays the drive's internal buffer fill ratio, the minimal drive buffer fill ratio, the predicted buffer underrun count, and the real buffer underrun count (Ricoh, Aopen, Yahama only). New options include driveropts=forcespeed, driveropts=tattooinfo, and driveropts=tattoofile=name. This release includes the first support for Yamaha DiskT@2, fixes a mkisofs bug with UDF dir permissions, and adds several cdda2wav CDDBP enhancements. Project description: Cdrecord creates home-burned CDs with a CD-R/CD-RW recorder. It works as a burn engine for several applications. Cdrecord supports CD recorders from many different vendors; all SCSI-3/mmc and ATAPI/mmc compliant drives should also work. Supported features include IDE/ATAPI, parallel-port, and SCSI drives, audio CDs, data CDs, and mixed CDs, full multi-session support, CD-RWs (rewritable), TAO, DAO and human-readable error messages. Cdrecord includes remote SCSI support and can access local or remote CD-writers.
