Hey, sorry for the late answer, but I had no chance to read my private emails. How i'm supposed to include this library and the headers? over the lfssystem system? as an independent package, and hope the user would select this when selecting vtund? Are there any kind of dependencies? > > Take a look at the scripts libmcrypt or zlib. Libraries are always following this procedure: They're only referenced in the scripts/build directory with a number under 100, e.g. 030zlib . In the build script you compile the library and install it into the LFS system. Make sure you don't use the path /usr/local ! When there are any shared libraries needed by a program, the build system will copy them from the LFS System when you create the ISO. Installing the libraries in the LFS System has the advantage, that other scripts don't need to take care about that library when they need it, too. Hope this helps. -- cu Heiko We are Penguin, Resistance is futile! http://www.devil-linux.org |
