Ideas? > Hmmm....then we need to try to load all available modules and then check for a cd drive, I guess. BUT is it save to do it this way or can a module hang the machine because it accesses the wrong IO-memory? If we only support PCI SCSI cards I think it could be save to do it this way because via the PCI registry a driver can check if a supported card (PCI id) is there. -- MfG / Regards Friedrich Lobenstock |
