The changes in this release are as follows:
A segfault on removing a home directory when it can't be removed in
userdel/usermod has been fixed. SELinux detection on the autoconf
level has been improved. The private implementation of the getpass()
libc function has been removed. nologin has been moved to $(sbindir).
Mail spool file creation in useradd has been fixed. Updated
translations: cs, da, de, ko, nb, nl, pt, ro, ru, sk, sv, and vi. New
translations: dz, km, and ne.

The Shadow password file utilities package includes the programs
necessary to convert traditional V7 UNIX password files to the SVR4
shadow password format, and additional tools to maintain password and
group files (that work with both shadow and non-shadow passwords).
