The bconsole "reload" command should now work properly in virtually all situations. An untested fix was made to eliminate the scheduling problems during sudden clock shifts. The manual is now released under the GNU Free Documentation License (FDL). A race condition on dual processor machines was fixed. Other fixes were made.
