The bconsole "reload" command should now work properly in virtually
all situations. An untested fix was made to eliminate the scheduling
problems during sudden clock shifts. A race condition on dual
processor machines was fixed. Some other fixes were made.

recovery, and verification of computer data across a network of
different computers. It is based on a client/server architecture and
