The changes in this release are as follows:
This release adds code to strip backslashes from Windows filenames
during a restore, corrects the Win32 License file, fixes a StartTime
bug reported for ClientRunBeforeJob and RunBeforeJob, corrects the
clock shift comm time calculation between the DIR and the FD, and has
other fixes.
