It's burned onto your cd. You have to rebuild the cd-image to get a
patched mount_cdrom into the initial ramdisk.

Of which DL version is your DL-CD?

The mount_cdrom that's on your floppy is called when your system get's
started from the initial ramdisk and it needs the cdrom again.
