Hi, Imagine my surprise when my changes to etc were gone on reboot !! I am thinking of a shutdown command that syncs the tar on the floppy. I am going to look into ethernet card detection, that seems to be the most vital missing item for a newbie distro since they probably wont know what they have on board. Also going to look over linuxfromscratch to see where they are coming from. Cheers, John Ps, still didnt get CVS to work right... passwds, not sure what they mean by a module. --- Heiko Zuerker <hz...@pr...> wrote: > > On 03/07/2002 04:17:05 PM John van V. wrote: > >Hi, notes client ?? > > > >You must still have a job !! :) Good for you.
