Did you move linuxrc to /bin/init or is /bin/init a link to /linuxrc? What bothers me is the message VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem). FAT: bogus logical sector size 0 FAT: bogus logical sector size 0 Why on earth is the kernel telling that root is ext2 and then complains about FAT?
