Summary: fixed path in djb packages

Initial Comment:
Hi !

when i try to exec
tinydns-conf OR dnscache-conf then i have error.
They can't find dir:
/data/build/tmp/ISO/packages/DJBDNS/usr .
There are other DJBDNS utilities that links to this
dir.

So i create two new files
1) etc/init.d/dns :
 #!/bin/sh
 source /etc/init.d/functions
echo -n "Starting TinyDNS & DNSCache"
 mkdir -p /data/build/tmp/ISO/packages/DJBDNS/
 ln -sf /usr /data/build/tmp/ISO/packages/DJBDNS/usr
 touch /etc/dnsroots.global
 evaluate_retval
2) /etc/rc3.d/S400dns (empty)

After thas everything OK. I saw this dir inside DJB
binaries, so i thihk it's precompile settings mistype.
Or I'm doing somthing wrong ?

And i forgot about one more thing:
there is another error message about absent file:
/etc/dnsroots.global
