Update of /cvsroot/devil-linux/build/scripts/configuration/help In directory fdv4jf1.ch3.sourceforge.com:/tmp/cvs-serv26477/configuration/help Added Files: ssmtp.help Log Message: - added SSMTP as a tiny replacement of postfix/sendmail --- NEW FILE: ssmtp.help --- CONFIG_SSMTP The ssmtp program is designed to be a substitute for sendmail (or postfix) for people who need an external smtp program to send mail. A secure, effective and simple way of getting mail off a system to your mail hub. It contains no suid-binaries or other dangerous things - no mail spool to poke around in, and no daemons running in the background. Mail is simply forwarded to the configured mailhost. Extremely easy configuration. |
