Hello,

A long time ago, I used IPTRAFto monitor traffic.  Since iptraf has been
removed, what is the best way to do this now.  For instance: I'd like to
know who's using the largest amount of bandwidth, who'd trying to access
certain ports, etc.

IPTRAF was nice because it was very simple to use and didn't require
configuration.  My time is limited, so the easier it would be to set up the
better.
