Unfortunately there's not too much we can do, since we completely rely on what the Kernel provides. I did a quick google and check what 2.4.33 will bring, but nothing related to your issue. If you want you can do a more thorough search. If you come across a patch, we can add it. Some more shots in the dark: Does it help when you completely power cycle the system? Is there a BIOS update available?
