This USB stick has a write protect switch. In normal operation, the stick is write protected. If I make changes, I unprotect the stick and do a save-config. So far, everything works fine, but when I protect the stick again, DL doesn't work any more, it is no longer able to read from the stick. This is the cas on DL 1.2.5. I can't test it on a later version right now.
