In order to add support for madwifi somebody actually has to sit down, do it and test it. I'm extremly busy right now and it doesn't look to great for the others either. Not to speak of that we don't have any hardware to test with anyway. The DL build system is very straight forward, if you're familiar with linux and compiling sources, then it shouldn't be too hard for you to get it working.
