[Devil-linux-develop] new security oriented kernel patch set

[Heiko Z. <he...@zu...>]

Hey,

I just stumbled across a new kernel patch set by Andres Salomon. He's the
Kernel maintainer of the Debian project and got tired of the security
problems in ther Kernel.
This patch set only includes security related fixes and will not mess
around with any drivers.

You'll find it here:
http://www.acm.rpi.edu/~dilinger/patches/2.6.10/as2/

And here's the original announcement: http://kerneltrap.org/node/4545

I didn't get a chance yet to play around with it, but it sounds promising.
