[Devil-linux-develop] klogd / syslog-ng

Hey,

does anyone remember why we started using klogd again?

The reason why I ask is because klogd only works when we create /dev/log
as unix-dgram, but it's supposed to be unix-stream under Linux.

If we can't find out why we did this change, I'll disable klogd when
syslog-ng is selected.
