I never received a positive comment on the problems found on arpwatch,
nor on the enhanced functionality of arpwatch_report.  But judging by
the number of replies to the thread, it seems like it was very well
received.

I apologize for my mistakes in the patch submission.  I am learning.

That is what I did.  Except for the full path.
Actually, I did that first, but wiped that file since the docs say to do
just "diff -u".
