OK, I ran it (after backing up my SCSI hard drive :)

  tune2fs 1.32 (09-Nov-2002)
  Setting maximal mount count to -1
  copying files...
  cp: cannot stat `/boot/boot.b': No such file or directory
  syncing and unmounting (this could take a while)
  #

I suspose I need lilo installed too?  (lilo sucks, I use grub! :)
