[Dev-C++] Has anyone used Dev-C++ for embedded targets?

I just found out about this project a week ago. 

I would like to use Dev-C++ with a GNU C compiler to
target 68hc12 embedded processors.

Has anyone done anything like this already?

I'm a Delphi programmer and I can probably port the
Dev-C++ version 4 source code for this purpose. But I
don't have Delphi 6, so I can't use the newest
sources.
