#338 Remove about and help buttons from toolbar

Remove about and help buttons from toolbar. Those
should only be found under the help-menu.

Here's why:

• People are used to search those from the help menu,
  so they can find them if needed. Propably even faster
  from the menu that from the toolbar.
• The GUI should be simple, not bloated by buttons that
  are rarely used.

If I do get the idea right, then let me remind you to try
right-click anywhere in the toolbar, a menu will pop-up, now
click on "Options". Bravo! The about and help buttons
disappear! :)
