I forgot to mention, you might also integrate your download or device programmer via tools menu customisation. The customisation has macros to pick up things like the output file name etc.

When you say, "no extension" - do you normally see the .exe extensions? (I remember you can configure Windows to hide extensions - so that is why I asked)
