How to automatically add "using na...

Hi, I keep having to add "using namespace std;" to my code (without the
quotes.)
How can I just have this be automated? I don't have to do it in VB6, and the
book I'm using doesn't use it either. What does it refer to, anyway?

And also if you know a better way to pause the black screen instead of me
typing : system ("pause") that would be great. But that's the best way I found
so far, but typing it all the time is not fun.
