#725 AN ERROR DIALOGUE WHEN CPP FILE OPENED DIRECTLY
If you associate the cpp extension with Dev-C++ program, and then click the file directly to open it in the program, then the file does open, but along comes a error dialogue to which you have to click "OK":
"There was a problem sending the command to the program."

This happened only till I was using a program called Actual Title Buttons.
