#11 How to use

[security_concerned]

I work on win2k system.
I am behind a squid proxy and firewall
I want to use for connecting on telnet for security
analysis purpose.
I gave the command as per the help

desproxy launch.hackerplayground.com 23 10.2.232.53 4480
980
==========command============

When i try to connect using telnet it is stating that it
is not in a position to connect.

Can somebody guide me
