I've got the same kind of error. I tried to use PROXY_USER but It says "Sin espacio en entorno".
What can I try? Am I talking with the proxy? or I'm talking locally?

"Sin espacio de entorno" es un error de windows, no de desproxy, que indica que se ha agotado el espacio de memoria reservado para las variables de entorno. Trata de borrar alguna que pueda no ser necesaria o crea un perfil de variables de entorno especial para desproxy.

use PROXY_USER=username:password if your proxy needs authentication. If not, maybe you're not permitted to connect to that port, desproxy won't help.
