Today is a sad day for me. I'm discontinuing desproxy development
today, in a move to help me stay away from distractions and
to make me finish my long delayed studies.
As anyone monitoring desproxy could check, desproxy development
has always been going at a very slow pace. I feel ashamed now,
but I have to recognize it was just a kind of distraction for me.
Desproxy was born in just over a day, when I feel it was needed.
It is now quite stable, supporting authentication (not NTLM),
it is fast and portable, and quite easy to comprehend for anyone
interested in basic network programming.
I will eventually give the control over desproxy to anyone interested,
so if you feel capable of dealing with it, just ask (will check my email
at least once a week).
Thanks for a lot of great time, supporters. Sincerely yours, Miguelanxo.

Its a shame this project is discontinued, the sad souls stucked behind proxies will miss you Miguelanxo. This is one hell of a project. My website is back again with the desproxy frontend available for download. I was sad when I saw the project was discontinued...but you have to get time to other things right? I now what you mean, I also dont have the time and dedication I had a few years ago for this kind of stuff...stay well...
Thanks for the great job. SaTaNuKe
