#1775 Sonic Chronicles freezing when showing POW tutorial 0.9.13

So i started playing sonic chronicles earlier and as soon as i got to the part where it gives you an introduction on the POW moves it freezes then eventually crashes, i've looked up alot of guides and fixes but non have fixed it

Would appreciate the help

Further Info:
Used in Game save files, running on fastest settings and have rebooted the emulator multiple times and still nothing works

did you google this? there have been 1000s of people discussing this for 10s of years. we don't have anything to add here.
