Everytime I am about to get to encounter HO-OH in Hearthgold the game crashes and i get a white screen in the emulator. Why is this happening and how do I fix this?
stop using savestates. save in-game frequently, close the emulator, and load your saved game from the in-game menu

This is not the same bug but i want to avoid it, but the menu does not show, this also happens in battles and i can not see my moves,any way to fix that? also i would make a ticket but i can not

change config > display method or change 3d renderer to softrasterizer.
Also stop trying to press start to open the menu. The game never told you to do that.

Stop cheating, hacking, or randomizing. If youve done any of those you may need to download everything again and start over. Is the menu missing because an ENTIRE SCREEN IS MISSING FROM THE WINDOW? If so, download everything again and start over if you can't figure out the desmume option you chose to remove a screen from the window.

Post a screenshot if you want, but you probably just havent hit the right button to show the menu. If you wonder what button to press, stop wondering and TRY every button until it works. And if youve accidentally unbound the needed button, downloading everything and starting from scratch will fix that too

so here you go, before this happened it has a slit screen and half of this showed the menu, but now this is how it is
THE SCREEN IS MISSING. You dont even understand the game youre playing. YOU DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM YOURE EMULATING. IT HAS TWO SCREENS. It is called the Nintendo DS and DS stands for DUAL SCREENS

deleting my previous comment when the solution to this bug was included in it, just because you cant take some criticism is quite childish.
again i repeat stop being a prick, and reply with manners, also stop assuming everyone uses save games and/or cheats
the solution for this one is adjusting the 3d settings, use software rasterizer, it has nothing to do with save states or cheats, I tested it myself.
