#1673 AVI recording aspect ratio problems

Even though I adjusted my magnification filter to HQ2xS and removed the maintain aspect ratio in the view menu, my recordings are still somewhat low quality and they still have a 256x384 aspect ratio instead of a 1282x581 aspect ratio. When desmume 0.9.12 comes out, or if you make an update to 0.9.11, please fix this issue that way I can upload high quality vids using desmume.

no. desmume will only dump 1:1 video. do your scaling in post.
