i am using a mac, the game previously worked and all of a sudden when i reloaded it because my fps were dropping, it started doing this and now i cant do anything. a little more information is in the video description. ty

yes, my computer and the emulator several times
Make a backup of your .dsv file, and then remove it. See if you can boot the game into the 3d scemes then.
Have you been using cheats or editing your save file?

DSV file? Anything I need to do to get that? All I have is a .nds file. (the one in the bottom right) http://imgur.com/a/2hB4Y
Search your filesystem. If you don't know how to do that, you need to find a buddy who does.
What's more, you've hacked your roms, which is an advanced move. You need a buddy before you make advanced moves.
it is loading and the sound is also comming but a white screen is appearing in all game when i press the buttons it is then responding but is not working
Are you using a mac?
It appears that you are running v0.9.11 on OS X Yosemite. I tried Storm Silver with that particular app/OS combination and found no issues. I did save my save file from within a fresh new game for my testing, as this is the intended way that saves are used on a hardware NDS.
You say that the game previously worked, but now it doesn't. Since the black screen happens upon loading the save file, this suggests some kind of save file corruption. This kind of corruption can often happen with misuse of save states, save file hacking, using cheats, or by using mystery save files downloaded from the internet. All four of these actions are purely on the user's end and cannot be attributed to DeSmuME itself.
Closing, due to user error. Unless the original poster of this issue can prove that they did not do one of the above four actions mentioned, then this issue will remain closed.
