#1465 Play Movie with Read-Only ticked sometimes starts as Read+Write

Here’s how to recreate it: Play Movie -> open one in Read+Write -> Stop Movie -> Play Movie -> now Read-Only will be automatically ticked, but if you open a file, it will actually be Read+Write.
