#1123 Mario Party DS - Bottom screen won't show me gameplay

-As the game starts, when you are directed to the file selection menu, select the first file that says \"G.J.\"
-As you proceed to the main menu, go to \"Story Mode\"
-On that page, you are given the option to load the saved game or start a new one. Select \"Load Game\"
-When it says \"Start the game?\", select \"Yes.\"
-The storyline will play (Please proceed through the whole story)
-After that, it will say that Mario is the superstar. Please proceed to the next page
-You will be directed to the \"Bowser\'s Block Party\" Page. You may either select \"Start\" or \"Practice\" and you will start the game.

When the gameplay starts, this is where the bug happens. The bottom screen won\'t animate.

now that i see how this game works, please supply a savestate at the screen where you can choose start or practice for bowser's block party.
