#13 Set up a Wiki for Desko

[Brian McQuay]

We need to have a page where we can promote Desko
better than this sourceforge development location. I'm
thinking we should just do everything on a wiki from
the start rather than having a wiki along with the
normal site. Set up a wiki, I don't care which one, for
Desko. I think we can use sourceforge to host it. Let
me know if it would be better hosted somewhere else.
