I use 3d desktop with Gnome. When I press the shortcut
to start it (for example F9) for a longer time, 3d
desktop starts but seems to loose the focus, so I
cannot control it. The only way to get back control is
to kill 3ddeskd from a terminal.
I have the same problem, but I don't have to kill 3ddesktop.
Just use the middle mouse button to zoom back.
When this happes also all keypresses don't go to 3ddesktop
but to
the control which is selected at that moment.
E.g. I have a lookup panel applet. If it has the focus and I
press Super_L (my shortcut key) it sometimes keeps the focus
and receives e.g. the space bar.
thanks, Fabian
