#81 Data export
There seems to be issues with version 3.2.3 saving data.
Team and scoreboard data appears to be being written to the config/autosave folder, but this doesn't seem to include policy settings which do not persist across restarts and seem to revert to defaults.
Exporting data as XML only seems to work intermittantly - sometimes I seem to get XML files that haven't updated to include the changes I've made (including team roster, etc), and other times the XML does seem to have this data.
The pattern I seem to have noticed, although this may not be entirely accurate, seems to be that if I update the roster and data and then stop the java application and start it again, then export it, it works. However, when I export it prior to stopping the application, it seems to export just the defaults.

Java version: 1.8.0_144
Windows 10, Chrome 61.0.3163.100
Also appears to happen on some version of Linux/Firefox.

Apologies, I was told that this is where the software was being maintained, however I've just found it's moved over to Github. Ignore this report!
