Yes, the configuration in the DenyHosts configuration file points to: xmlrpc.denyhosts.net I had updated the DNS entry to point to the new host. It was surprising that as soon as I updated the DNS requests started hitting the new server and was handling the majority of the requests in the first 5 minutes of the change. I would've thought the propagation would have taken longer. Today, there are still a handful of requests hitting the old address but the address is setup to forward data to the new site so it's seemless from a client perspective.
